Episode 6 :

'O Patrick, O Patrick, where for art thy leading lady role?'
It's another Shakespeare class and Natalie's constant nagging to be a leading lady is wearing more than a little thin with our favourite English teacher. So much so in fact that he tells her the only hope she has of doing well would be as a weather girl...if she's lucky! Fed up of her self-assurance he decides it's a topic he needs to address with Toone, who, totally disagrees and tells him she's got what it takes to become a star! A conflict of opinion that washes really well with Patrick...not.
Even Analie thinks Patrick is being unreasonable and sides with her eccentric father because she thinks there's some serious potential in the school's princess and decides she's going to help channel it in the right way.
Meanwhile, Amy, Frankie and Calvin's appreciation of nature finds them wrapped up in a protest when they discover that the wildlife pond that they like to go and visit is to be turned into a car park! Oh no, what to do...? Visit the local rag and beg them to write an article – doesn't work, they're not interested. Ok, then, chain themselves together round a tree and beg for pond saviour...hmm, doesn't work either (surprisingly!) As they commiserate over a milkshake, Frankie comes up with a plan...'to record a charity record, release it and make money to save the wild life'. Ingenious – now they have to convince the others to join their cause.
Back at school the dreamers are totally up for the record idea...apart from Natalie who (after having her confidence knocked by Patrick and her peers) is nowhere to be found. Finally, Analie discovers her in the costume cupboard attacking a tub of ice cream and tells her it's time to start believing in herself again because THAT's what will make her the star she's destined to be.
Hmm, good point. Before Natalie can say 'thanks for the advice' she's out on the beach, with a board and pointer, telling all the passers by about the weather! 'It's not everyday that you see a Shakespearean actress reading the weather' mocks Stacey during a walk by but Ollie's impressed and tells Natalie he's right behind her. So, it seems is Johnny Dam, presenter of Sunshine Radio and asks her to drop into the station to read the weather! Result!
Meanwhile, back at School, the rest of the crew are in the studio practising their charity record. It's a wrap and once it's pressed, packaged and ready to go, the students take 'Steal Our Sunshine' their new track, round the beach to try and create some interest...but sadly, the sun seems to more entertaining to the beach bums and no one wants to know.
Ironically, the only person who's actually getting heard is Natalie who's in the Sunshine Radio studio telling the listeners about her friends and their worthy cause. Wow, the others will be so pleased with her when they hear what she's done, but they don't because as soon as they hear her voice the radio is switched off. They have more important things on their mind than Natalie and her self-promotion right?!
Oh no, serious Natalie injustice! Not only has she promoted her friends on the radio, she uses her charms to gather attention on the beach so that people will watch the dreamers do a full performance of their song. It works, all the Cds are bought, everyone's up for a party and when a passer by asks Amy if it was her he heard doing the weather on the radio and talking about saving the park, she starts to realise that Natalie's search for stardom wasn't an entirely selfish one!
Ok ok, so this time she was wrong, maybe she should extend the spoilt blonde Brit the hand of friendship...for now anyway!
