AVALON HEIGHTS IS NOT FOR SALE!!!
When a very irritating Estate Agent will not take ‘No’ for answer, Toone’s temper runs away with him and he throws the unwelcome gent out of his office. Avalon is Not for SALE, even if it is starting to get more than a little frayed around the edges…!
Enter Amy and Natalie, covered in dust from the school hall – looks like class work is a messy business these days.
Renovation needs to be done and sooner rather than later!
Maybe they should sell the school after all?
Toone turns to Analie for some advice but she instructs him to go and enjoy his Indian Bangra weekend and assures when he gets back, something will have come up.
And something certainly did come up…step aside everyone, it’s time to meet LOLLIE DAS!
As Toone rides into school on horse-back, he’s accompanied by an Indian beauty who he introduces to his daughter, colleagues and students as Lollie – his fiancé?
Who IS this girl with gorgeous hair and ridiculously polite manners? Is she for real?
Let’s hope so…the wedding’s in 3 days!
As Amy and Felix discuss wedding presents, Natalie’s female intuition tells her that Lollie isn’t necessarily in this for love? Time to do what Natalie does best – SPY!
Ears-a-waggling, she overhears Lollie talking about signatures and contracts to a man called Harry!
What on earth is she plotting and who exactly is Harry?
Natalie decides its up to her to find out.
The wedding day’s approaching fast and whilst Jay and Calvin help Toone decide on his outfit, Natalie discovers that lovely Lollie won’t be sharing his excitement, seeing as she’s already been married 5 TIMES!
What a sham! At least there are 2 people who are being real with their feelings….Amy and Felix are in the studio, trying to write a song for the wedding but when Amy appears to have a creative block, Felix suggests she think of someone she cares about before she puts pen to paper!
Ok, move aside woman, let the man show you what he’s talking about…!
Before you can say ‘you’re quite fit’ they’ve penned a duet about a couple who want each other around…Hmm, is it me or is there some SERIOUS chemistry going on in here?
The song’s over, there’s almost a kiss but Natalie, as always, ruins the moment by barging in to say ‘LOLLIE IS A FRAUD!’
No time for romance, this woman has got to be stopped, but when Nat and Amy stumble across the evidence they’ve been looking for down town, Lollie catches them in the detective act and locks them in a store room.
Her plan will not be ruined by two horrible little girls.
Ha – she’s messing with the wrong ladies. Natalie’s library card saves the day when Amy slides it across the lock and sets them free!
No time to get too excited though, they’ve got a wedding to ruin and a school to save.
Question is, can they make it back in time?
‘WAIT! STOP!’ Scream the heroines as they pant back into the school grounds. ‘She’s scheming to buy Avalon Heights and she’s been married 5 times before!’
NO WAY! Thank goodness Toone hadn’t slipped on the wedding ring yet.
The wedding might be off, but it’s still time to celebrate, because former students have sent a cheque for the renovation costs so there are no financial worries anymore! WICKED NEWS! Everyone (apart from Lollie) is up for a serious party!
Ok, so you must be guessing it’s almost the end, but there’s still unfinished business to sort out involving a real blossoming romance – Felix and Amy.
When she asks if he meant what he said in the love song they wrote about wanting her around he leans forward AND…KISSES HER!
Hallelujah!
It’s been quite a Summer at Avalon Heights…no it’s been ‘THE BEST EVER’ confirm Frankie and Calvin.
See you all back here next term then eh?
