When Felix finds it harder and harder to make class and actually enjoy it, Patrick decides it's time to come down on him like a ton of bricks and gives no mercy until the work is done.
But, when you have a ratty teacher and a rebellious student, things don't go quite as smoothly as they should....
It's Patrick's singing class and if he asks the dreamers to 'take it from the top' one more time Felix will explode...oops, too late – he just did!
He's had enough of regime, it's time to do what normal kids his age do during the summer....CHILL!
What's got into Patrick anyway? Why's he being such a tyrant?
He's SO UNFAIR and when Felix tries to stand his ground Patrick threatens him with two hours of one on one tutoring for the rest of the week!
'But that's so harsh' say Calvin, Amy, Khush and Natalie.....
'Well' replies Patrick, 'in that case, you'd better join him!'
Oh dear – not the happiest week to visit Avalon Heights....
Students eh? What a nightmare, right Toone? WRONG!
Seems the head of Heights is in agreement with the students and thinks 'down time' is the way forward.
Ladies and gentlemen, get out your swimming gear, polish your sunnies, whack up the volume – it's time to PARTY!
Timetables are ripped, classes are missed and new rules are set - there are no rules. It's summer and Calvin's so excited he decides to sing about it!
Patrick's come round to the idea and golf clubs in hand, leaves the school to pursue his hobby.
So, it's happiness all round...everyone's busy doing nothing and that's the way it should be right? Wrong again!
For once, the feisty twosome Amy and Natalie are in total agreement that this chill spell is driving them nuts, valuable time is being wasted and if they don't learn something new soon they're going to go slowly insane!
In fact, they're not alone, Daisy, Frankie, Rochelle, Jay, Calvin, Khush and er, everyone else (bar Felix) are starting to feel the same.
Come back Patrick...all is forgiven! We want to work, we want to work....!
Meanwhile, up in the hills, Patrick finds his most difficult student pondering over the problems with school. If he's going to get Felix to see he has such great potential he's going to have to let down some barriers of his own so he admits that he sees a lot of himself in Felix and doesn't want him to blow any opportunities the way he did when he was young. Patrick was in a band don't you know and almost signed a huge record deal but walked out at the last minute because he didn't think things through properly!
Aha, reason behind the regime after all AND serious food for thought for the lovely Felix who takes on board the advice given and decides maybe it's time to back down and show what he's made of!

Before he can say 'is it that time already' Patrick is back in his room to ensure he sticks to his word and gets to class on time.
GREAT – Felix can't wait to get stuck into work again, but maybe he can have 5 more minutes in bed...one step at a time right!
